I see no one addresses the question that you had about a Microsoft.DNS.Administration.

Does anyone know when this may become available?

ASP.net with nativerd.dll error

When I create a website project and built it, there comes up a following error:

Error 1 Unable to initialize the native configuration support external to the web worker process (HRESULT=0x80004002). nativerd.dll must be in %windir%\system32\inetsrv.

I do check that nativerd.dll has been in %windir%\system32\inetsrv.

More infomation: my machine is installed with Vista Ultimate and Visual Studio 9.0.

Could anyone who know please give me some help?

bug: after changing configuration it damages web.config

If I change website configuration through IIS Manager and APPLY changes, then web.config file will loose some values.

For example, I have some custom sections in my web.config and some .net 2.0 configuration sections:

<applicationSettings>
  <SC.Sendum.PT200.Properties.Settings>
   <setting name="SC_PT200_TscSms_SendSmsService" serializeAs="String">
    <value>SOME VALUE</value>
   </setting>
  </SC.Sendum.PT200.Properties.Settings>
...
</applicationSettings>

if i open IIS Manager and change Default Document for this website and click APPLY. Then web.config will be saved, but values will be lost for some items:
