  Used this Windows Vista: Install the Windows Communication Foundation Activation Components subcomponent of the .NET Framework 3.0. To do this, in Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs and then Add/Remove Windows Components.   Hi,  I have this exact same issue, can anyone please point me to an article to tell me what I have not hooked up correctly, running iis7 on vista 32 bit.  Thanks, Matt
