   Hi Don,  I have no idea why, but it's working now. After I did a reinstallation to provide you with the desired log file it still didn't work (IIS was shut down during the installation). What I did afterwards was only to set a log file path in php.ini and set the correct timezone. Afterwards it worked. I have no idea ...

   Hi everybody,  I'm desperately trying to get PHP 5.3 running on a Windows Server 2008 x64 SP2 (fully patched so far).  The first attempts were to click next until the PHP installer finished and have it setup the IIS fastcgi module. I got that working somehow by doing some modifications to the php.ini. What did not work here ...
