    You could use a SAN (Subject Alternate Name) certificate, which allows you to have multiple domain names in once SSL certificate.

    Hi Thank you for your response.  I thought that might be the case.  is there any way to change this or use another method in which get the WFE to pick up the web files/config file, perhaps by setting up the network share to have a website which cne be viewed by the WFE instead thus eliminate the need to open up port 445?

    I'm interested in knowing what the port requirements are when implementing shared configuration.  Especially regarding the web content being located on a network share location or on another server. Does this require port 445, file sharing port opened to permit the WFE to reach the files in this other location? I am hoping not due to ...
