Again, Thanks Steve for your imput to our problem. We are going to go the VPN route.
And will be installing the required software in order to accoumplish the task.

Steve thanks for the reply. We will do what you have indicated. We are using the FTP for a few of our client to backup their system using acronis. Also we have given the idea of just going ahead and setting up a VPN to accomplish this task and get away from FTP anyway. So this might be a solution to our problem. ...

I have installed IIS 7 and FTP I thought I set it up correctly. However I have an anonymous user loging in 93.63.243.67 this ip is from an isp Fastweb out of Naples Italy. Looking at the log they have log in under the following:

thanks for the reply Jeff its a 32 bit. Well that is what i thought as well the techs at Acrons indicated i need to incress the file size, because the ftp limit was only 2GB, inorder for there software to transferr their backup to the ftp server. Sometimes their files will be over 2GB. I have ...

I have installed IIS 7 on Windows 2008 standard along with ftp 7 server. It works great and have no problems with transferring files. Howerver I would like to incress the size of file to over 2 Gb. I have and client that sends his back up files using Acrons. If the file file is over 2 Gb it will disconnect and not receive ...
