  yes,i mean,If the parameter is the Chinese, then the return is similar??? The garbled, isapi + php normal,so i think it si fastcgi bug.

  If I use in the homepage am similar http://www.xxx.com/search.php?province=chinese to transmit the parameter, what returns is http://www.xxx.com/search.php?province=????? Such additive device's form, my system is the win2008+fastcgi+php+iis7,x64, i have Update for Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition  promoted, if I alter to isapi normally all
