Can you tell me your email id ? so i can send you the event log (System, Application, Security) its around 2MB .
The application is built on .Net framework 1.1 not 2.0. In Fact it was an Asp application originally which is migrated to .net via migration tools etc.
And on your unhandled exception comments

I am facing similar problem as urs, and debug diagnostics tools analysis reveals the same problem as "kernal.dll access violation"
did you find any solutions to your problem?
if yes please share with me, i am desperately trying to resolve this problem from last 6 months.

Usernae and password is correct as its stored in the web.config file, IIS default pool is crashing randomly . And above is the Debug Analysis i have attached from Debug Diagnostic Tool 1.1.
Can anyone tell me know the reason of crashing after looking into this analysis, i have no clue of these machine instruction??
