   No windows firewall service enabled, and CA anti virus is installed on the server. but i don't see any port configuration.

   I just created new (one more) website with same IP and same domain name and 8080 port. when i test the below url works fine using "Website properties ----> browse option" www.10.145.169.13.com  --- works fine (local ip) www.xyz.com     --- works fine external (public ip) www.10.145.169.13:8080  ...
