   I have been through feature delegation a few times, but don't see users being able to create applications or virtual applications, am I missing something? or is this something else that cannot be done..

  I wish to allow my remote users to be able to add extra bindings and be able to control applications ect, instead of them having to contact the admin. How can this be achived with the Remote IIS Manager?

  Been trying to create a rule to allow sub domains to be added to domains, in which it would link to a folder inside the www folder I have this rule and it just returns bad request, but if its changed to redirect it works fine, just the address is incorrect. <rule name="SubDomain" ...
