Hi,
We have two servers with windows 2008.We need to have windows 2008 clustering on both servers along with sql 2008 clustering. Both the servers will work as web as well as database and that too in a cluster.Also there will be 2 websites on the servers.Is is possible to create a IIS 7 failover cluster in such a scenari ...

HI Lex,
Thanks for the reply.However the developers sit at a remote site and they are saying that this error is at the IIS level rather than at the application level.Also there is no error in the application log...there are only warnings which show" An unhandled exception has occured".....Also in between there are INformation entries ...

HI,
I need a query to retrieve a particular user from the security event logs through logparser.For eg: there is user named JOHN then i want to know how many times JOHN logged in on a particular server.Any help regarding this would be appreciated.

Thanks for your comments.I haven't yet tested by changing the application pool identity to see if it works or not coz it would require an IIS reset(which i can't do in the production hours).But the point is if changing the identity has nothing to do with sending mail what else can i do.
