%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Web Platform Installer\logs\ (Please post the corresponding logs for your failed install from both \install and \webpi directories). This would help us narrow down on the issue you are facing.

Could you post the contents of the webpi_launcher.txt which should be in %temp% directory. It contains the diagnostic information about why the launcher failed to launch web platform installer.

Hi Faik Djikic, If i understand you correctly, you want to extend the offerings of webpi with that of your own. This is currently not possible with Webpi 2.0 RC. However, it is something which we are looking into and see what we can do about it. Please continue to watch this forum for announcements and thanks for your feedback.

Hi Sumantaroy, Sorry to hear about your problem.
Webpi expects internet connection as soon as it comes up after a reboot. As you rightly mentioned, it just fails when it cannot connect to the internet.
Typically, most users will not face this because they connects automatically to internet as soon as windows boots up, as provided by their ISP ...
