I wonder where we that use media services like smooth streaming and other products can get any help from Microsoft? This forum isn't very good for getting answers and help regarding tricky questions and potential bug, so where should a company that I represent turn to get any answers?

I'v tried both x86 and amd64 (on different machines) the same "issue" it won't install. What I need to know is this a new release with any changes to the RTM version?
What known problem are you talking about? Is there a KB for this problem?
I'm having some crashes of the Media service is this the problem you are ...

Yes, it might be, but it's not practical. We are using one "master" media server and several backup media servers, so we need to duplicate to config from the master to the backup servers, and doing a rebuild of the server everytime isn't practial. And when we get many changes at once it's to really practical to manually edit ...

Is there any updates, fixes in this release?
I tried to update my WMS but the installer just tells me that this update doesn't apply to my system. Do I have to uninstall the RTM version? Will this erase all my pblishingpoints and settings?

We are currently looking for a way to distribute audio only, is it possible to use Smooth Streaming technology. We would like to have the same ability to use different sound quality delivered to our customers depending on their current available bandwidth.
Is this possible in the current version, if not will it be supported?

Hi Vishal
The things I've noticed are:
* The AutoPlay function doesn't work
* Buffering progress only show a empty box on-top of the Video
* When using progressive download, there are't any progress bar

I've found a small bug that would be easy to correct if I have the source code, the Auto Play feature doesn't work with the new player.
