Have you had any success figuring this out? I'm in the same boat: My InstallShield 2008 setup.exe fails to create the virtual directory in Vista with IIS 7. It rollsback from the attempt, and ends with "The wizard was interrupted before [my app name] could be completely installed. ..." I've enabled all the IIS 6 ...
