I found the solution .. guess what ..
nothing with routing ...
nothing with IIS Configuration ...
What could it be ?
Guess what !!
The windows FW was blocking the connection .. I 've then added it to exceptions then it works fine now

Hello,
I'm quite new to IIS. It's my first day to install the IIS7 on my Vista machine. When I type the following url on this machine http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1/ I get the welcome screen.
So I guess It is installed successfully.
Now I'm having a Public IP address let's say it's A.B.C.D and I ...
