The server went off the network twice yesterday after installing the hot fix. So the hot fix did does not seem to have made a difference. What happens is the server just goes off the network. Thanks for the response - The scenario described in the KB article is similar to what I have but I don’t see the event log messages it references. I will install the hot fix and see if the problem persists. There have been event log errors but recently nothing related to asp or IIS has been in the event logs during one of these ...

We are having problems with an app pool crashing. In some case the pool just recycles but in others the server just goes off the network. I am able to reach it by the remote access card and recycle the pool manually. The server will almost immediately become available over the production network after that. I am attempting ...
