also 1 more thing the creator /owner permission rests to nothing because you dont have to give it full control it will always have although it may not seem
secondly, its your IUSR_machine name which you have to give full control to get your web application work

dear friend,
just reinstall iis 7.0 and and make sure that you have installed all the features
may be you did'nt check that during installing windows add windows component dailog box.
just make sure you click all the components

just forget everything, the application pool and that appcmd and everything
just undo all the changes as if you have freshly installed iis 7.0 so that you don't get those cheap http 500 and 401 and 402 errors
just check that your IUSR_machine name is given full control under the security tab of your database folder. and if not ...

dear friend,
In case you have already triedto modify permissions here and there and this and that...,then you may try refering to other posts. however if your iis installation is fresh and you have not done anything you can simply follow the pocedure i mentioned and get your asp work correctly.
