    I'm sorry but it's not possible to change a certificates name into a friendly name on IIS.

    @lextem I now this error but the library IS registered, I took a glance on it, anyway, I don't know what exactly habbend but it works now and I'm not able to reproduce what was going on and what changed it because I did nothing special or changend anything paritculiar, so, after three weeks of not running it's running now (suddenly). ...

    I think, like I like to do it, you have to use the option on the right hand of IIS 7.0 browser, click on Ceritficates and make a self signed one. I hope I was able to help you. If this tip is right.

Da ist es möglich, daß die nähere Fehlermeldung drinnen steht, diesen Fehler habe ich auch schon einmal bei mir gesehen, jedoch hatte das mit den Berechtigungen für das Verzeichnis in dem die Seite ausgeführt wird zu tun.     Did you got a recovery disc with? Otherwise ask Dell to send you a Vista disc, they will do it.

     You will need a "higer" version of Vista with IIS included, the IIS itself is not available for download.

    Hello again! I enabled the freb as described following the link without any special results. Buuuut, I managed the error, the solution was, a typical user error, the php.ini had some mismatched configuration declarations. So, thank you all who wanted to help me. (:
