Thank you for providing the log file. We are investigating your issue but unfortunately the log file does not indicate what the problem may be. A user has reported an issue encountered when intstalling the FrontPage Server Extensions on a platform with Vista 64 bit OS.
When the user attempted the install, they received the error message "An internal error has occured."

I regret to inform you that Windows 7 is not a supported platform for the FrontPage Server Extensions. The FrontPage Server Extensions are intended for Windows Server 2008 and most Vista operating systems.

This is most likely caused by installing a previous version of the FrontPage Server Extensions.
The current version of the FrontPage Server Extensions are available for download from: http://www.rtr.com/fpse/

I believe that you have the latest version of the Server Extensions but you can always download them again from: http://www.rtr.com/fpse/.
