    Hi, I have some problem with the ssl certificate. Actually my server crashed and i have ssl installed on two of my websites. Now i have there .cer files with me. But when i try to install the certificates on my server with iis manager it doesnot allow me to install them. Can anyone please update me with the steps on how to install them... ...

     Hi,   Without any code I dont think it will be possible. Please use asp or any other scripting language to read the files and then display. Or you can just simply change the extensions to .html and they will open fine without any problems.

     Hi,   Yes tomkmvp is correct please reset the password in the IIS manager and check wheter it helps you or not.

     Hi,   Please check that the user  that you have created should have proper rights on the webfolder of yours and also please check that using windows integrated setting is not recommended if you want your website to be accessed by you and other users to anonymously access your website.

    Hi,   It seems to be the problem that network service account  or IUSR accounts password gets changed somehow. But reinstallation should fix it.  Try uninstalling IIS and then delete any metabase.xml and mbschema.xml file and then reinstall the IIS does it helps or not.
