Thank you for your help, but we put the site into the trusted zone, but to no avail.
Tested with Firefox still same problem - could this be a group policy issue?

We have an asp.net app, and to change from forms authentication to windows a/d we usually just change the authentication mode in the web.config, and it works without a problem.
We have one user who still receives the windows login in certain cases. If he uses browse in IIS no problem and same with localhost, and from a client ...

Hello Zhao Ji Ma,
Thanks for your answer, and I was hoping to make this as automatic as possible.
I guess the best for now would simply to put the sql reporting virtuals into their own website and then run a simple batch file for the website with the rest of the virtuals.

Hello,
Is it possible to exclude virtual folders from being migrated, when using the utility? I have some sql report server virtuals which error out during the migration, and so I can't run this utility via script/overnight - I wanted to check here before I start looking into why they won't move, but would prefer to exclude them all ...
