Hi guys. Sorry again for the delay. As best we can tell, Homer was pulled and the recomendation is either WCAT, or Visual Studio Team System Test Edition. I'm afraid I don't have any other details about why the homer tool was removed from the download center.

sorry to hear this is giving you trouble. For the download page, I still can't repro the 404 error you're seeing. We've tried two different browser/os combinations with machines on different network connections. It really sounds like it could be a network issue on your end. This is curious. I've confirmed from my Win7 box that I can download IIS manager from here: http://www.iis.net/extensions/IISManager
Can you elaborate on specifically which download link is giving you trouble?

Hi ShelBeck. Rez is correct. The page you’re seeing is the default page for a web site on an IIS7 web server. You’ll need to contact whoever owns the web server or does the website development to see what happened to the web site you expect at that URL. Hope this helps.
