Okay,
So I goofed and forgot to put in the correct URL in the settings section. My bad. My next question, is there a way to force people that connect to my network to go to a predefined page, similar to what you find at McDonals, etc.

I justed used the Web Platform Installer to setup PHP, MySQL, and WordPress on my Server 2008 box.
When i go to my site on a different box, http://qwerty-server/, I get the data but no css layout applied to it and when I click on a link it changes my url to http://localhost/...... What am I doing wrong?

I really appreciate your quick response but I'm still lost. I'm new to IIS and I'm setting up my own personal server to educate myself ahead of time.

I recently downloaded Kentico CMS and was wanting to deploy it on my Server 2003 box with IIS but I can't quite seem to get it to work. I was hoping that someone might be able to help me by possibly walking me through all of my setup of it. I would really appreciate it.

I'm currently running Windows XP Pro on my server to teach myself IIS and ASP. I know I have IIS 5 and I really want to use Umbraco to conduct my site, but it requires IIS 6.0 . What can I do??? Am I S.O.L. ????
THanks,

Okay,
So I'm a little confused now. I guess the part I'm having problems with is the permissions. How do I set them and what user do I need to add? Is it as simple as browsing to the folder and viewing its properties???
Thanks,
