Hello IIS Support,
We have changed IIS logging folder to non-default location for all our Web Sites in our Web Servers. Default IIS Logging Folder location doesn't seem to have any permission for IIS_WPG group. Did you upgrade from Home Premium to Ultimate with Full IIS? Can you please share out the following logs from the machine:
1> iis7.log from %windir%
2> setupact.log from %windir%\Panther
3> seruperr.log from %windir%\Panther
4> CBS.log from %windir%\Logs\CBS
5> applicationhost.config from ...
