What I want to do is rewrite all incoming 192.168 ranges to another IP destination. So would I contruct the rewrite rule to handle this?

Hi, I guess I was not clear about my no-ip service. My domain name is registered with them and I can make all configuration with the A records. Within the features of no-ip I had DNS (A) set.
But, after I going live my users couldn't access my site because my ISP ClearWire was blocking port 80. So, ...
