  I am running Server 2008, and have downloaded and installed the FTP publishing service (7.5, I believe).  I have followed all documentation I can find about how to install and configure it correctly.  I require SSL and have a legitimate certificate.  I am trying to force passive mode, and have set both the "FTP Firewall ...
