Hi, I have a similar issue and the solution on this post did not resolve my problem. Port 80 doesnt seem to be used by any program after running netstat -ano. I also changed the binding from 80 to 8080 just to try that and I still got the same error. I really need help as I have a site that I want to put up. Can someone help me resolve this ...
