I failed to mention, if this helps, that this server is located on a web farm with Load Balancer. So, would I configure a 10.1 or a 192 address? The email server is a 10.1 address. Can you tell me why people with external addresses have no problem getting emails but internal users do? I do see that external addresses are ...

Yeah, I rechecked these settings against what I already had and it didn't work. I've searched on the net and came across several articles/steps of how to and none of them worked. I'm kind of at a loss here. Any other ideas? Thanks for your reply...

I have an application where people can click on "Forgot my password" to retrieve username/password to their email address.
