&lt;p&gt;RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} /some/url/path.ext&lt;br /&gt;ReweriteRule .* - [L]&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Such rules may not work correctly after being imported to IIS. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please upgrade to &lt;a class="" href="http://blogs.iis.net/ruslany/archive/2009/04/20/url-rewrite-module-1-1-for-iis-7.aspx"&gt;URL Rewrite Module v1.1&lt;/a&gt; which has a fix for this issue.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
