&lt;p&gt;There have been a few posts on this forum about a bug in Microsoft URL Rewrite Module for IIS 7.0 Go Live, which caused incorrect rewriting of URLs with non-ASCII characters. To unblock customers who&amp;#39;ve run into this bug, IIS team has provided a fixed version of the module&amp;#39;s runtime library, that can be downloaded from the following locations:&lt;/p&gt;
