I have One Care on my Vista, I can connect with the One Care off. I have and exception in the Windows Fire Wall and Outbound Rules.

I tried to add %SystemRoot%\System32\inetsrv\InetMgr.exe in the advance fire wall setting in One Care, but it will not recognize the program nor list it in the add dialog box.

So how do I had this exception to One Care? This doesn't make sense that One Care will not allow me to add this program.

Re: IIS Manager - Unable to connect to other servers

Just launch Server Manager and in the Web Server Role choose the Add/Remove Role services, in there look for Management Service, that should install it.The setup will add a Firewall rule for port 8172 automatically, so you shouldnt need to do anything else other than go to the Management Service page in IIS Manager and enable Remote Connections.
