Meanwhile you could try to run it as ISAPI extension (&lt;a href="http://blogs.iis.net/wadeh/archive/2009/04/13/running-perl-on-iis-7.aspx"&gt;http://blogs.iis.net/wadeh/archive/2009/04/13/running-perl-on-iis-7.aspx&lt;/a&gt;). In case of Perl this is very good solution.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I used to run a wonderful filamanger called IDC that was a Perl application on Server 2003 and it ran great. I recently downloaded Perl from Activestate and installed it on my new Server 2008 box,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do I have to set Module Mappings with FastCGI as I did with PHP?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is throwing a 500 and a 403 at times.&amp;nbsp;Haven&amp;#39;t had&amp;nbsp;it working yet.&lt;/p&gt;
