I have been searching everywhere for a solution to this problem, but I can't find anything. I need to authenticate against the local users on a windows 2003 IIS server using php. I also need to get back the groups that the user is a member of.

I don't have Active Directory so I think ldap is out.

Does anybody have any ideas? I have been beating my head against the wall for two weeks on this.

Thanks
