I had this same problem. Searched MSDN network, and almost the whole internet for a solution. Then I found this post! Did as you told and Voila! Everything works! After a bunch of patient elimination, I was able to identify the three keys involved with IIS and after logging in as the administrator account and taking ownership, I was able to delete the keys.&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;if WASis not started run:&lt;/p&gt;
