&lt;p&gt;You can adjust the SSL binding settings to setup different dedicated IP address(Right-Click your website-&amp;gt;Click the Web Site tab-&amp;gt;Click Advance button-&amp;gt;Edit the SSL identities for this web site-&amp;gt;Specify the dedicated IP address ). &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Yes, it&amp;#39;s possible you should just to install the certificates for the sub domains you wish. Take in mind that each sub domain should have different dedicated IP address.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I know i can use a wildcard (*.mydomain.com)&amp;nbsp;certificate and setup hostnames but I would prefer individual certificates.&lt;/p&gt;
