Currently, this site runs in Wamp and uses php includes. i have set up php and mysql, also i have set the handler mapping to use a fast cgi module and have gotten pages to work before, but when i tried to move the site from the Wamp server to the IIS server, i get a http404 error when trying to go to localhost. i dont have the databases transfered over because i can't get phpmyadmin to work either. i'm having major issues and assistance would be appreciated.
