&lt;p&gt;Looking at the &amp;quot;Current Files cached&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;total files cached&amp;quot; counters, I can see that IIS is caching most of my web content.. which is what we wanted.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The problem is that&amp;nbsp;the site performance is the same as before&amp;nbsp;and the &amp;quot;file cache misses&amp;quot; counter keeps going up and up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How can I troubleshoot &amp;quot;File cache misses&amp;quot;?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
