The best way to do this is create a default.asp/default.aspx for the root of mydomain.com and have that do a response.redirect "www.mydomain.com/WebApplication1"

hi I have a Win 2003 server and three web applications hosted under a web site.

Win2003 >> IIS >> WebSite

>>WebApplication1

>>WebApplication2

>>WebService

I have mapped a domain to the Win 2003 Server.

if user types www.mydomain.com , I want them to be redirected to www.mydomain.com/WebApplication1

www.mydomain.com >> WebApplication1

www.mydomain.com/WebApplication1 >> WebApplication1

www.mydomain.com/WebApplication2 >> WebApplication2

www.mydomain.com/WebService >> WebService
