If you want to use isolate users, the users’ home directory must match their username. For the detailed information, you can refer to:

Set up a home directory for the web site I want access too.. Then I went to Inetpub\wwwroot\website.com, right clicked the folder to be sure that in the security tab the user was there & had correct permissions. But I still can't log on to the ftp with that user account.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Complete Newb @ IIS - How to Create User FTP account?

In IIS, I'm completely dumbfounded currently.
