If users are authenticating to your site and you are using the W3C format and you're including cs-username, then all of that info will be in the log files. Awstats then has a section to show the top users plus all users. (ShowAuthenticatedUsers=PHBL)

If this is not working for you then either you do not have your log file setup properly or awstats is not configured correctly.

I am after some help, Microsoft offers a number of Server Extensions, one of them can show the top 10 visited users on your web site.

If I wanted to see a list of all users, is there a Extension to do the same or how could I find this information? or display it on web page?

Regards
