Bummer.  Do we randomly guess at the rest of the details and the full error message, or did you simply forget to provide all relevant data to diagnose this?

this is the full error that appears on the browser:

    PCMPrj error '800a02c9'

    Application-defined or object-defined error

    /PCMApp/biodata.asp, line 72

Ah, that's easy.  Fix the error on line 72.

Seriously, if you have an error that specifies a line number in the code, look at that line number.  If you can't tell what the error is, post the relevant code.  That means that specific line and any code that would lead to generating that line.

Does this involve a third party component?  Looks like a rare message, you should probably follow-up with the developer of the component ...
