    E-mails Management

I don't know, may be this is not the perfect place to post this question, but I want to make an e-mails management web-site just like yahoo mail and hotmail, but I don't know what's the tool to use, they told me that I should use SMTP on IIS, but I think this would help me to send e-mails but not to receive e-mails and list them, so just lead me to the way of how to make an e-mails management web application.

    Thank you

An "emails management application" would be called a mail server.  :)

Your best bet is to use third party mail server software, or the included POP server in Server 2003 if you wish.  There are plenty of decent commercial and even free mail servers for Windows, some of which have web interfaces as well.  If you have a SMTP/POP server and just need the web front end, might take a look at Webmail, the Lite version is even free:

A decent free mail server is Mercury Mail, from pmail.com.
