On microsofts website it says that Incentive wiki software is free:
http://www.microsoft.com/web/gallery/incentive.aspx
However, on the developers site it says its charged:
http://www.incentivecorp.com/pricing
Is Incentive included with some other microsoft suite?

It's free. You can dload it from the Web App Gallery. http://www.microsoft.com/web/gallery/incentive.aspx
