We have HP BSM application on win2k3, Issue we are facing is that we randomly get error "you are not authorised to view this page", and when we restart IIS , we start getting the proper BSM console, IIS was installed with full admin rights. In same environment
we tried deplying test webpage with .html and it works fine all the time. Kindly guide me with the steps of troubleshooting.
If this error only appears in HP BSM application page, then you should consult HP support for a solution. This error message itself does not match Microsoft style,

Thanks for your reply. Can you tell me why the the console comes up properly after restart. Expecting atleast few inputs from IIS forums. Actually previously error was with other test website as well but after reinstalling IIS we are getting error only
on HP BSM application.
Fine. IIS restart means the web application is fully restarted. If this web application is not designed in the poorest way, it should work fine. Besides, I am wondering if an application breaks on Windows and every time after you reboot Windows it works fine
again, will you consider that a bug in Windows or a bug in that application. Regards,

Hi Lex,
We do not restart Windows OS we just restart IIS and appliacation console cpmes up properly. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
