Sorry about the late reply, thank you for the links you provided they have got me slightly further as the uploads are slowly getting further and further without resetting. I can't really believe that I didn't think of this but there is a http time-out setup
by default of 120 seconds. I did a quick test to see how long it took for the progress to reset to 0% and guess what it was 120 seconds.
I then went ahead and changed this value to something like 10000 seconds and so far so good although I still think there are a few more things that need to be sorted out.

Hi,
I checked the php info you have linked and posted. Remove the link. You appear to have networking issues for the Uploads.
Please- A.S.A.P-remove the link from the Forum post it is a Security Risk in a Public Forum.
From the PHP info information: It appears that you have the Plesk PHP 5.2 version installed.
Have you run the PHP Manager is there another installed version ?
You can use MS Network Monitor or Wireshark to sniff the Network.

Hello,
I suggest checking Rick Barber's replies in the thread IIS Forums
http://forums.iis.net/t/1186687.aspx thread "Configure multiple domains on a virtual server without Plesk Panel"

I use PHP5 all day long on Windows server and I use the defaults as this way lags are at a minimum. Sometimes my sites can get extremely busy.
Facebook uses PHP5 as well and they have a far worse headache with traffic than I do.
I have lots of URLs and several web sites and some sites have as many as 4 different URLs to them. IIS can manage fine.

I prefer to use real network analyzers that can really see what is on a physical connection over some software.
Those devices are very expensive though
