After setting up one of my web applications on IIS7 and having a mostly successful installation, I hit a snag with my latest install.

I am having trouble trying to figure out permission issue than some security setting that prevents include files/stylesheet files from being accessed from ASP applications.

All my settings are completed via the documentation.

What would cause this to happen, so I can deal with this issue?
