Did you export the certificate with Private key?

If not, try exporting it with private key and then import that on passive node.

    Hi,

The link also showing export, import and certificate assignment procedures. You can perform the export procedure on the source node,  then repeat the import and the certificate assignment procedures on any other server.

If your problem persists, could you provide us a screen shoot or some other more detailed error message?

    Hi,

Its possible that you haven't updated the Verisign Intermediate certificate on your server as described here :

Update VeriSign Web Server Certificates Now for IIS: An expired VeriSign intermediate certificate can result in non-validated connections to sites using SSL
