New to NLB Setup windows 2008

We have setup a two-server NLB cluster for website and FTP site running Windows 2008.

Which method is the best to get website configuration from one server to another server?   Which method is the best to replicate the website data between both servers?

We are looking for some URL or reference materials.

    Thanks in advanced.

Look up Shared Configuration on this site.  Look up replication in Google.

Look for Wrox's new book Professional IIS 7 in your local bookstore, or order now at Amazon.com

Would the "Web Deployment Tool" do this?
