I think you can create an integration installation folder with the Standard RTM installation CD you have and SP2 installation package,

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=95AC1610-C232-4644-B828-C55EEC605D55&displaylang=en

The integration installation folder can be created following this KB for Windows XP,

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894351

Then you can point the installer to that integration installation folder when it asks for missing files.

     Hi,

I have tried this option also it is showing the same error.

         I have integrated the Windows_Server_2003_Standard_VL + WindowsServer2003-KB914961-SP2-x86-ENU.exe .

Run this command from command prompt:

    esentutl /p c:\windows\Security\Database\Secedit.sdb

And try installing IIS after that.

    HTH.

Setup config db might be corrupted, the command perform integrity check and fix any gaps.
