How do I configure IIS7 so I can publish from Visual Studio 2008?

I have Windows 7 Pro installed IIS7 is running because I can see the home page. When I try to publish I get a message that I must install “Internet Information Services”, “IIS6 Metabase and IIS 6 Configuration Compatibility” and “ASP.Net”.

Turns out everything was already installed with Windows 7 Pro. All I had to do was check the right boxes in the "Turn Windows Features on/off" display. Thank you.
