Add FTP is unavailable in IIS 7 Manager. There is also no FTP section in the Features View window. FTP publishing service is an installed role. I have tried reinstalling. FTP is also not an option under edit bindings, only HTTP and HTTPS.
It's now available. Removed FTP role. Downloaded and installed FTP IIS 7. Added back FTP role.
